The beaches of Kaanapali are so amazing that in 2003 the resort community of Kaanapali was named "America's Best Beach". The white coral sand bathed by clear, emerald green water makes the beach of Kaanapali the main attraction point.

Tourist can learn about Kaanapali's culture watching a hula show or musical performance, learn Hawaiian lauhala weaving, quilting and lei-making. Other activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, aerial sightseeing and historical walking tours.
